What do you love most about working with Soul Seed
(team and clients)?
What I love about working with this incredible team is that everyone is willing to learn and grow. We are passionate about serving these women and helping them improve their lives. We believe in each other and we are building this business for each other.
My favorite clients are the ones that are not quite sure what's possible but are willing to put in the work. I love helping women realize what is possible and what can be accomplished if only they had someone who cared about them and had the skills to make their dreams possible. I love when a lady realizes that their dream business doesn't have to live in their head. I love that moment when the women see the power of community and that there is an army already built for them that love them and wants to get on the journey with them.

I try to look at everything that I do and determine what is going to make the biggest impact today. What is the next viable action that will get us the most attention and the most students? What is the best way to communicate to the universe that I believe in what I'm doing and what it means for the women I serve?

What do you believe every human needs to be successful?
Charity. You need people to be charitable to you and you need to be charitable to yourself. Life is effing hard and I don't think we were ever meant to do it alone. Find people who care about you and remind you to care for yourself. I honestly think that's about 85% of what it takes to be successful.

What's your favorite thing to help students with? Why?
I love helping students with their social media but I really love helping students learn how to use the team because they are just so surprised at what the possibilities are.

What do you enjoy most about your role and how does it align with your passion?
The variety! I love that I get to be creative but also spend time building relationships but also being able to teach and support! There is just so much to be done and I feel successful in the work I get to do. I feel like I am making a difference in the lives of the students and the lives of my team members.

I love music! I love learning new instruments. I love going outside! I love camping and hiking and exploring. I love shopping and eating.

Any personal experiences or insights you'd like to share about why you do this work, or what makes it important to you?
My favorite experience so far was when I invited my ride from Idaho to Provo to the retreat and she said yes and came the next day! That was so totally crazy! I also love the retreats! I always have an amazing time at the retreat. So many incredible women.

How do you hope to inspire/impact the guests during a retreat?
I hope that they see and understand that there is an army of women that exists that wants to fight for you and your business. I want women to see that business is possible for them and that they don't have to do it like men. They can build systems that help their business work for their dream lives and their family.

I hope they start believing in themselves and start letting go of the fears and imposter beliefs that hold them back from what they could accomplish if they just got started.
