Where are you from?
I love learning, challenging myself, and having new experiences that help me grow Some of these experiences include starting a business, becoming a mother, and going to college. Everything I do is feeds my hope and my hunger to learn. Currently I am writing a book and taking voice lessons. I want to explore and develop my talents and work on my lengthy list of things I want to do before I die.
Growing up, I moved a lot and didn't really have a childhood home town. I learned that home is wherever I happen to be at the time. There were hard things about moving so much, but it taught me a lot of life skills and learned how to put myself out there despite social anxiety. I guess I can claim Provo because I have lived here the longest.

Why do you do what you do?
What motivates you?
I am a birth and rebirth mentor. I love helping women discover their power in the birth space, and helping them prevent and overcome trauma. It has been my own lived experience to walk the path of healing from trauma and I can't help but invite others to heal and discover healing and meaning for themselves.

Where did your passion come from?
I've had it my whole life and I don't quite understand it myself. I was born with a fire inside of me. Frankly it was that fire that kept me alive in a very difficult home environment and I find incredible meaning in helping others discover their own flame.

What did you build in Soul Seed Academy?
I revamped my website, clarified my messaging and story, created a video for my website, and started my podcast which is doing really well. I have more that I want to build. I have also built a network by connecting with women in the Soul Seed community.

The main pieces of my business are mindfulness-based childbirth education, doula services, private mentoring and therapeutic services related to birth.

What has been the hardest part of your journey so far?
Patience. I am an achiever, and I really like finished products, I have learned that building a business never really has an end to it. I have learned that I better love the process or it's not going to be worth doing. This also translates into my life, living moment to moment rather than fixating on where I think I should be .
