Question 2

Why do you do what you do?
What motivates you?

I am so passionate about helping women & menstruators live in harmony with their menstrual cycle because SO many of us aren't even aware of how vital our cycle is to our everyday life. It is always relevant! But culturally, we dismiss the cycle or denigrate it, and so we're left working against our bodies every day, year after year, until our bodies demand we listen. Understanding our cycle is understanding ourselves.

Question 3

What did you build in Soul Seed Academy?

Soul Seed helped me clarify who I am as an entrepreneur and the invaluable service I offer to women and menstruators. I wanted two things from working with Soul Seed: efficiency and effectiveness. I had been doing everything on my own, and making progress, but knowing I could be more effective and efficient if I got the right support. And as a full-time mom with only a handful of hours per week to spend in my business, I require efficiency and effectiveness! After Soul Seed, I show up in my business so much more confidently as I'm more grounded in my vision, bolstered with the right support, and proud of my online presence, especially my gorgeous website.

Question 5

What has been the hardest part of your journey so far?

The hardest part of my journey so far has definitely been finding the time to execute all the many ways I would love to show up and educate, support, and ignite women and menstruators as they discover the wisdom in their menstrual cycle. I have huge visions and goals, and am short on time to execute them, but it helps immensely to be focused in on the right things.

Question 6

What does healing the world look like to you?

My goal as a menstrual cycle coach is to change the entire culture around the menstrual cycle, where everyone with a cycle deeply understands just how much of an asset their cycle is to every aspect of their life, every day. And of course where families, partners, and the larger community also recognizes the power in embracing our cyclical nature, and invites the unique wisdom and way of moving through the world that comes with having a cycle.
